“Customer” is hereby referred to as an entity that directly engages with AlgoFly to use our services.

“Customer’s End Users” are hereby referred to as end-users who use customer platforms and thus use AlgoFly services indirectly.

Customer’s End User Data: As part of providing services to Customers, AlgoFly collects certain Personal Data about Customer’s End Users, as determined by the applicable Customer. AlgoFly does not control the data that a Customer requests from its End Users. If you are using our AI Services, applicable portions of Customer content, including End User Data, may be sent to third-party AI providers as authorized by the Customer. AlgoFly is not responsible for content after it has been provided to a third-party AI provider.

AlgoFly has no direct relationship with the Customer’s End Users whose data it processes. An End User who seeks to access, correct, or delete their data should direct their query to the Customer (the data controller).

2. Non-Personal Data

“Non-Personal Data” is information that does not identify a specific person.

From Website Users: AlgoFly collects information about your browsing sessions, including browser type, browsing history, and interaction with our website.

From Customers & End Users: We may collect Non-Personal Data such as browser type, device information, and aggregated usage statistics. We use this data to troubleshoot, analyze trends, and improve the overall effectiveness of our services.
